Return policy

In PEPOART, cada pieza está hecha a mano con dedicación, una por una, desde nuestro estudio. Debido a la fabricación artesanal de la mayoría de nuestros productos te recordamos que pueden tener variaciones en volúmen, acabados, incluyendo pequeñas marcas superficiales, además al recibir tu pieza podrás notar alguna diferencia significativa en el color debido a los ajustes de la pantalla, estas características no afectan su belleza; al contrario resaltan la belleza de un trabajo artesanal profesional y las características de los materiales. Sabemos que detrás de cada compra hay una emoción y una historia y queremos que tu experiencia con nosotros sea tan especial como la obra que eliges.

Do we accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns under certain conditions, because your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes you change your mind or something doesn't turn out as you expected.

Pieces that can be returned:

  • Products that have not been used or damaged.
  • Non-personalized or custom-made products.
  • Artwork that arrived with manufacturing defects or shipping damage (must be reported within the first 3 calendar days after receiving it).

Pieces that can´t be returned:

  • Original or commissioned works.
  • Customized or modified products at the customer's request.
  • Items on sale or with a final discount.

How to initiate a return?

You just have to write to us from our contact page with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond as soon as possible with instructions.

Times and refunds

  • Once the part is received and inspected, we will issue the refund (less shipping costs) within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be made using the original payment method.
  • In case of exchange, the times will depend on the availability of the new part requested.

Shipping costs

  • If the return is due to damage or an error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If it is due to a change of mind or an error in the purchase, shipping is the customer's responsibility.
