Debido a la fabricaci\u00f3n artesanal de la mayor\u00eda de  nuestros productos te recordamos que pueden tener variaciones en vol\u00famen, acabados, incluyendo peque\u00f1as marcas superficiales, adem\u00e1s al recibir tu pieza podr\u00e1s notar alguna diferencia significativa en el color debido a los ajustes de la pantalla, estas caracter\u00edsticas no afectan su belleza; al contrario resaltan la belleza de un trabajo artesanal profesional y las caracter\u00edsticas de los materiales. Sabemos que detr\u00e1s de cada compra hay una emoci\u00f3n y una historia y queremos que tu experiencia con nosotros sea tan especial como la obra que eliges.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>Do we accept returns?<\/h3>\n  <p>Yes, we accept returns under certain conditions, because your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes you change your mind or something doesn't turn out as you expected.<\/p>\n\n  <h3>Pieces that <em>can<\/em> be returned:<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Products that have not been used or damaged.<\/li>\n    <li>Non-personalized or custom-made products.<\/li>\n    <li>Artwork that arrived with manufacturing defects or shipping damage (must be reported within the first 3 calendar days after receiving it).<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>Pieces that <em>can\u00b4t<\/em> be returned:<\/h3>\n  <ul>\n    <li>Original or commissioned works.<\/li>\n    <li>Customized or modified products at the customer's request.<\/li>\n    <li>Items on sale or with a final discount.<\/li>\n  <\/ul>\n\n  <h3>How to initiate a return?<\/h3>\n  <p>You just have to write to us from our <a href=\"https:\/\/pepoart.com.mx\/en\/contacto\/\" target=\"_blank\">contact page<\/a> with your order number and the reason for the return.
